An exceptional gala evening honored by the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, surrounded by his nephews Louis Ducruet and Marie Ducruet that wraps up the first successful edition of this festival launched in May.
An incredible energy reigned in the room, created by the six starred chefs who put on the gigantic serving hatch, Pass Live, placed in the dining room, surrounded by their teams from the Louis XV-Alain Ducasse restaurants at the Hôtel de Paris, Le Grill, Yannick Alléno at the Hôtel Hermitage, Elsa, the Blue Bay, but also the talented teams of the Resort. Because it is indeed the great family of gastronomy Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer which mobilized to create this exceptional dinner, with the teams of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. For this five-course dinner, the chefs delivered their finest creation, their Signature dish, accompanied by a perfect wine pairing, worked with the company's sommeliers and the Cellars of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the largest hotel cellars in the world.

Monaco is preparing to welcome Pope Leo XIV for an apostolic visit on Saturday, March 28.
