Our teams are keen to make sure everyone can still unwind and stay active during lockdown. Get ready to enjoy live cooking, wellbeing and culture sessions from experts, in the comfort of your own home. They’ll be offering all sorts of exclusive top tips, too!
Marina Bordet, a yoga, Pilates and fitness instructor at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, will be running 2 sessions a week to help you stay in shape. These will be at 18:00 on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and will alternate between gentle and dynamic yoga. Marina will be announcing class content and any equipment you’ll need on her Instagram stories, and beginners will be happy to hear that she’ll be using things we all have at home like chairs, towels and books. #Staycookingchallenge by Marcel Ravin
The Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort’s Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin, will be going live every day, and taking to Instagram for cooking sessions direct from his own kitchen, lockdown-style! He’ll reveal the day’s recipe every morning, along with all the ingredients you’ll need, and at 18:30 he’ll walk you through the dish in a video – all in less than an hour! Aprons at the ready!

‘La Quotidienne’ by Le Tigre Yoga Club
The team at Le Tigre Yoga Club, fouding brand of Le Tigre Monte-Carlo at Monte-Carlo Beach has been working hard to create a daily session for you: ‘La Quotidienne’ by Le Tigre. They’ll be running an adult class at 11:00 and one for children at 17:00, and both will be available to watch for free on Facebook. All that’s left to do is get your family together, roll out your mat, and take a big, deep breath!

Monaco is preparing to welcome Pope Leo XIV for an apostolic visit on Saturday, March 28.
