Located between the Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and the Place du Casino, One Monte-Carlo is an exceptional neighbourhood in the heart of Monaco. Shopping, culture, conference centre, luxury real estate: the best of each world comes together for a complete and totally exclusive experience. In its 60,000 m2, you will find...
#1 Designers, jewellers and gourmet delights
Prada, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino, Hermès... to name but a few! Couture, accessories and pop-ups: the biggest names in beauty have come together for a unique and safe shopping experience. The experience continues in the jewellery patio of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. An exceptional open-air setting where haute couture, jewellery and gourmet delights come together with Schiaparelli, Stardust and the Cédric Grolet patisserie.

#2 Real estate at its most luxurious
One Monte-Carlo is also an unrivalled holiday destination in Monaco, with six luxury residential buildings. Featuring exquisite parquet flooring, marble bathrooms, inlaid wooden doors and exceptional amenities, 37 luxury apartments are ready to welcome their guests. Residents on the upper floors will enjoy incredible views of the Monte-Carlo Casino, Port Hercule, the Prince's Palace and the Mediterranean Sea. Last but not least: private rooftop swimming pools! The price per square metre? It is commensurate with its prime location and architectural prowess: it is currently the most expensive in Europe...

#3 An arty, cultural setting for the conference center
With around 1,445 m² dedicated to business tourism and events, One Monte-Carlo is a must for anyone organising a seminar, convention or product launch. The legendary Salle des Arts has been faithfully reproduced: a 301 m² plenary room with Art Deco architecture that can accommodate 300 guests. Callas, Cocteau, Arman... Named in tribute to the great artists who shaped Monaco, the conference centre's rooms are also part of history. The auditorium can accommodate 80 people for seminar openings and closings. Not to mention the bright art gallery, whose 250 m² host major cultural events throughout the year.

#4 A haute couture snack
From healthy breakfasts to convivial after-work drinks and gourmet shopping breaks: there's a Mada One for every time of day. At the helm of this concept restaurant, Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin offers a menu that is thoughtful, healthy and, of course, delicious. Much more than just a restaurant, Mada One also features a bakery and pastry display (depending on opening hours) and a shop area (groceries, merchandise).

#5 The resort gets its own bakery and pastry shop...
Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has set up its central bakery and pastry shop in the heart of its resort, in One Monte-Carlo. It's a real logistical challenge to keep all the hotels and restaurants happy!

#6 Some greenery…
The One Monte-Carlo urban space has been designed to bring a real breath of fresh air to the heart of Monaco. Nature is everywhere here, from the streets to the buildings’ facades, roofs and terraces. Princess Grace planted a tree here, and urban designers and architects have risen to the challenge of making it a part of One Monte-Carlo’s landscape. It is now flourishing in its new environment as a symbol of tradition and continuity, and Mediterranean and exotic plants comingle in the space around it.
Focus on sustainable development
Luxurious—but not trivial: One Monte-Carlo is playing its part in the global sustainable development movement. To give one example, it respects the RT2012 energy efficiency standard and has secured European BREEAM certification, while new-generation solar panels have been installed on the office building’s roof.

#7 … And some glass
One Monte-Carlo’s architecture is the work of Sir Richard Rogers—creator of Paris’s Pompidou Center, among other projects—and Alexandre Giraldi, designer of Monaco's Odéon Tower. Its structures pay luminous homage to the Riviera that gives pride of place to superior materials and glass. With fluid and ethereal lines, transparency reigns supreme: the interiors are bathed in sunlight from morning to evening. The ground floor’s convex windows are 7.5 m high and an incredible technical feat in themselves!

This summer, enjoy the very best of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. In a privileged setting facing the Mediterranean, two iconic experiences define the season: Las Brisas, the summer restaurant with sun-inspired flavors by Chef Marcel Ravin, and The Lagoon, a true haven of weightlessness and relaxation.

Immerse yourself in the chic atmosphere of Monte-Carlo Beach and discover new festive and exclusive experiences, along with unique moments of relaxation.

The new Art de Vivre Monte-Carlo continues to reinvent itself with a spring season packed with festive innovations.
