An exceptional brunch will be served from 12.30 pm in the Espace Calypso, where a sumptuous buffet will showcase the flavours of spring. For parents, lunch will be accompanied by unlimited Taittinger Cuvée Prestige champagne and enhanced by a strolling musical trio charged with creating a refined atmosphere. For children, there will be a buffet corner and an afternoon pirate-themed egg hunt in the gardens. This fun and dynamic experience reflects the hotel’s friendly ethos.

In the refined setting of the Salle Belle Époque with its gilt decor and fabulous frescoes, celebrate Easter by savouring a gastronomic buffet that will showcase delicate seafood flavours, traditional dishes and plant-based creations, topped with unlimited champagne for an experience that’s both delicious and convivial. A gourmet lunch, created by Chef Yannick Alléno, is also available at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo restaurant.
To round the day off, children will be invited to participate in activities and an egg hunt in the Salon Excelsior, which is imbued with the hotel’s historic heritage.
