The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo… It’s the Parisian brunch par excellence! For Sundays at The Pavyllon, a restaurant by Yannick Alléno, the Michelin-starred chef has designed a brunch in which each product is elevated with balance, generosity and perfection.
On the table, you’ll find pastries with the flavours of the south of France, accompanied by sugar-free “Alléno & Rivoire” spreads for a gentle start to your Sunday. Then, creativity is on the menu with a wide range of eggs and a choice of dishes, unique creations, with shades of the Riviera. Finally, you won’t be able to resist the naturally sweet treats on offer. On Sundays, find pleasure on your plate, served in a contemporary setting filled with the blue hues and light of the Mediterranean.
Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort… The same attention to detail and pure dining pleasure motivates the winter brunches whipped up by the Calypso area until the end of June. Created by Marcel Ravin, the menu is served in a lively atmosphere.

Café de Paris Monte-Carlo… During breakfast between 8 and 11 am, a relaxed yet chic brasserie ambiance brings the place to life. Offered à la carte or as a set menu, it will be a big hit with fans of continental breakfasts in particular.
Mada One... For those who want to visit Monaco and don’t want to miss out on a delicious early-morning layover. Here, breakfast is an art! In this temple of “snackonomy”, a concept invented by the chef Marcel Ravin, guests’ palates are gently woken up each morning by four set menus: “Continental”, “American”, “Healthy” and “Asian”. There is enough variety to satisfy fans of savory, sweet and wellness foods.
