Chef Marcel Ravin presents “The Ritual of the 5 Elements”, the new Wednesday gastronomic highlight at Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, the fine-dining restaurant of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.

This culinary concept is structured around Water, Wood, Metal, Fire and Earth. The menu is conceived as a sensory journey blending Creole and Mediterranean influences, where balance and meaning guide each creation. Several dishes may echo the same element.

Designed in resonance with the venue’s architecture, this new concept extends onto the plate what shapes the space itself: a pursuit of balance, rhythm and harmony. The elements are not merely an aesthetic source of inspiration; they become a true sensory framework.
