For this fourth edition, Marcel Ravin is inviting David Toutain, the Chef and owner of the two-starred David Toutain restaurant in Paris.
The two Chefs share a deep love of nature and a passion for authenticity, as well as a keen interest in sustainable cuisine, particularly in terms of the quality and provenance of products. Furthermore, they have a keen interest in the materials used in their restaurants, and in the development of the spaces within them. So it was a natural step for them to come together to offer a moment of haute gastronomy linked to their shared vision.
